Last updated: September 12, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Row1Column1 Google Sheets add-on ("the add-on"). By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Row1Column1 is a Google Sheets add-on that connects to your QuickBooks Online account (via Intuit's API, with your authorization) to import General Ledger and Chart of Accounts data into your own Google Sheet, and to help build Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow budget models from that data.
2. Independent Product
Row1Column1 is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. or Google LLC. "QuickBooks" is a trademark of Intuit Inc.; "Google Sheets" is a trademark of Google LLC.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the add-on for your own internal business or personal purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the add-on.
4. Your Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google and QuickBooks accounts. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the QuickBooks company data you connect and for any decisions made based on data or reports the add-on produces.
5. No Financial, Tax, or Accounting Advice
The add-on is a data and modeling tool only. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Outputs (including any budget, P&L, Balance Sheet, or Cash Flow model) should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon for any business, financial, or tax decision.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The add-on is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data pulled from QuickBooks will always be complete or current.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the add-on, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of information in connection with the add-on is described in our [Privacy Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Termination
You may stop using the add-on at any time by disconnecting QuickBooks and/or uninstalling the add-on. We may suspend or discontinue the add-on, or your access to it, at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
